Delivery

Please be mindful that all of our items are custom made, we aim to offer a service in which some of our items may be delivered much quicker than others, such as cots that have already started production or may be half way through production. This allows us to supply handmade cots sometime on a very quick turn around for our customers. Contact us to see what we have available, and we can inform you of which cots we have quicker than others.

We would like to kindly explain that all of our delivery time scales are estimated and with customer service being our main priority, we aim to deliver all goods as promptly as possible. Please understand that in rare circumstances delivery times may change due to issues with third parties such as couriers and although we try our hardest to avoid this, these are completely out of our control.

Product faults or Damages

Please kindly inspect your order upon receiving it- if your item has a defect or if you have received the wrong item contact us as soon as possible using our online contact form. All of our items are thoroughly checked and photographed before dispatch, If for any reason a part to your item was damaged in transit we would do our absolute best to rectify this. We have ways in which we can replace individual parts on a quicker turn around time.
