Care of your furniture
Please ensure that you care for your baby furniture by cleaning your furniture according to the manufacturer instructions. Only use appropriate cleaning agents as some may damage the natural materials used to produce our furniture. We strongly recommend using plain water and avoid using anything with chemicals. If any parts are found to be damaged, loose or worn when receiving your item, please stop using immediately and refer to our customer service to seek advice. Please check all parts before assembling product and notify us immediately so that we can arrange for replacement of the individual part as quickly as possible. Please avoid placing your furniture close to radiators or in setting off particularly warm temperatures to avoid cracking and movement of natural wood.

We shall not be held responsible for any damages that arise from the misuse of our furniture. Our products are designed for sleep use only and is not to be climbed on. We strongly recommend that if a baby is placed in a cot for play or any other reason that sleeping that an adult is there to supervise at all times. As soon as you notice baby is in a position to climb, we recommend converting to toddler bed and ensuring that mattress base is on lowest possible setting. We trust that parents supervise babies accordingly, and that they ensure that our products are only used for their intended use to ensure safety for their little ones.
