How long is delivery to the UK?
This all depends if your item is in stock. For online orders in stock we aim to deliver within 2-6 working days excluding Sundays.
How long is delivery overseas?
Overseas delivery may take longer. We are happy to accommodate over seas orders but we kindly ask for you to contact us to place your order directly with us so that we can quote you on shipping to your destination.
What if i am not home when you deliver my item? Or what if i have provided the wrong address?
If you have provided the wrong address please contact us before your item is dispatched to inform us so that we can ensure that this is changed accordingly. Please note that if a delivery attempt has already been made you may have to pay for a second delivery to be made to the correct address.
Before delivering an items, we contact all customers to arrange the best time to delver s that we can ensure that you are home. If you are not home at the agreed time, please note that you may have to pay for redelivery.
What if there is a fault with my product?
We kindly ask that you check your item and contact us immediately before assembling. For sfety reaons, any parts with damages should not be used. We are happy to rectify any faults that may be present, however we do thoroughly inspect every single item and photograph items before sending them out for delivery to prevent our customers receiving faulty or damaged goods, we also aim to protect parts as much as possible with protective package to prevent damages from occurring during transit. If any faults are present we would work as quickly as possible to replace any damaged parts. Please let us know straight away and we will collect part in order to take measurements from it and this will be replacing as soon as possible.
Do I have to pay in full for Pre Order items?
We are more than happy to take a £500 deposit when placing your order. We will then contact you up to 10 days before delivery to arrange remaining payment before delivery is made.
How do we monitor safety of our products?
Our products are tested against British Standards for safety of children’s furniture within labs in the UK. As well as having our products tested, every single item of ours has vigorous quality checks carried out by our team members before it is sent out to the end user. During this process items are assembled to ensure all parts function as they should, there are no loose parts and that all parts are included to be able to assemble this product safely before use. The following standards our products are assessed against are as follows:
EN 71-3 on all materials as required as part of EN 71-6 for children’s furniture.
